well, i find certain constructions oppressive and certain constructions peaceful... that really is more to do with construction and atmosphere than with whether a particular shape ( example, pyramid ) has some automatic magic bringing some "cosmic particles".



millions of people in india wear "spiritualist" advised gem rings... do you think their troubles will have vanished or will society have automatically have improved around them??

well, human space travel after 2025 will change things at political/social level, and then there is the thing about resurgence of socialism/communism in 2017 that will create the momentum towards the idea of religion being obsolete.

if last century is to go by, communism wont be able to do much. Who knew russian orthodox will survive and thrive?
Religion deals with emotional/psychological side of averagely intelligent people, and there is no alternative in sight to fill that role.
even with human space flight, bulk of humanity will be poor and slightly ignorant.
