I do support exemplary and deterrent punishment, but the due process of law must be followed.

There is no double standards. There is a vast difference between the two cases. In Pakistan's case a cold blooded murdeder was hailed as a hero for gunning down an innocent for standing up for the rights of a deprived soul. Here in India.. section of people just showing their satisfaction that a terrorist was killed by a bunch of other ciminals. No one claiming that his killers are heros or saviours of mankind. That's the difference one needs to understand..

How many Indians here on PDF or on the social media in general are people in their middle ages with abilities to discern the right from the wrong?

Most here are teenagers or in their early twenties, at the very best. Besides, PDF behaviour is highly correlated with peer pressure.

If you take PDF as an indicator of people's opinions, you're on your own.

Not even one indian is hero worshiping the murderers of this criminal. No one has called for them to be not punished. Can you say the samething in the case of Qadri? It was wide open for the whole world to witness the way he was glorified by the glorius bunch. What the heck.. you even have your political players asking not to punish him for his crime. No matter what he did not deserve a death like this. We don't want the worst our enemies to be killed this way. A fair trial is right of every one in INDIA. What ever he is accused of doesn't matter unless he is found guilty. Media, police and politicians can make any one look like a criminal. If he is innocent would you guys who ever wants him dead in the horrible ways mentioned be able to bring him back.. alas he cant even prove his innocence if he was one..

In any prison system, the inmates have their own code of honor. The inmates in the prison were not impressed that this guy was accused of murdering innocent people through terrorism.

If anything, at least it will giver terrorists a reason to think twice before they attack India. If the justice system wont take care of them, the inmates in the prison system will.

Pune: A prisoner in Pune, who allegedly helped with terror attacks in Bangalore and Delhi, has been killed by other inmates who strangled him this morning.

Qateel Siddiqui was arrested in November by the Delhi Police on charges of being a member of terror group Indian Mujahideen. He was among a group of people arrested for links to an explosion outside Bangalore's Chinnaswamy stadium during a cricket match and another blast near Delhi's Jama Masjid in 2010

He was moved in May to Pune's Yerwada Jail by the Maharashtra Anti-Terror Squad, which said that Mr Siddiqui was allegedly involved with a failed attempt to plant a bomb at a Pune temple in February 2010, on the same day when a bomb exploded at the city's famous German bakery. 17 people were killed in that terror attack.

You can see those but you can't see how many here on PDF critisized that even I did in last few posts....... And you cannot see getting happy on a Murder...... you are talking about judge etc what happend to the minority minister in your country when he asked for investigation of karkarey death, ....... But that is also irrelevent because doesn't float your boat.....

Getting happy on a murder of a ALLEGED TERRORIST is nothing different than hero worshiping the killer.
