Good post but i want to add caution.

1. There are amateur radio frequencies being shown in some of the images - there is a general update for all radio ham operators NOT to transmit. This includes all digital modes.

2. Avoid any form of transmission as it is likely to get triangulated.

3. Passive listen is recommended.

4. Scrambling/encryption is not allowed for general use by default.

5. Always have a multiband radio that includes shortwave frequencies in such a case as it is not easy interfered with. Having SSB also fine tuning if a jamming aspect was employed.
