PTI workers arrest, Cipher, aswell as kidnapping, false cases, missing people, establishment involvement in politics, allowing drone attacks, corruption, bribery, prosecuting terrorists (not political prisoners), breaking the constitution by not holding elections within 90 days, dirty videos, torture, stripping detaines, human rights violations.

In my opinion, now the cases would be disposed off more quickly

not civil cases , only cases related to constitution. Otherwise we again see massive judicial activism. We will wait and see when real controversial cases telecast. Where involvement of establishment......

Court proceedings will be more transparent and more efficient, civil cases would also consume less time.

You know supreme court judgement is invalidated if an opposing judgement is given by a higher bench. Like a five or six member bench can throw out 3 member bench decision. Similarly this is full court they can review all the decisions made by bandial and toss them out and no higher bench can be formed as it is a full court bench.
