Suggestion for book on diplomacy !

I want to read book on diplomacy. Do you guys have any suggestion on this regard ?

Henry kissinger wrote a book named 'Diplomacy' . Does anybody has read it ? how is it ?

PDF says nothing about what forces lead to current situation and what will be the future.

What they tell about their suggestion but i want to know how decisions are made, who made decisions and how they implement those.

What they tell about their suggestion but i want to know how decisions are made, who made decisions and how they implement those.

Then, you should propably spend time on BRF. Those guys do amazing Open Source intelligence and give great insight in to actual factors relating to decision making, international and public Diplomacy, covert operations etc.,
