He was under conviction charges but is still in the process of being convicted so he has the right to bail. His offense is non bailable under 7ATA but HSC can grant him bail on him medical conditions. To be frank he is not in a position to run any where he is too old and is in a real need of medical attention.

Regarding Musharaf the person who filed case against him was Nawaz Sharif and Musharaf left the country with help of Nawaz Sharif.

I watched his recent interview conducted in Dubai, he was saying i am waiting for the political situations once it turned into my favor I will go back to Pakistan, Now question is: Is he there for Medical treatment or Self Exile?

Because this is Pakistan.

Families of APS Victims are urging to know the real names behind the massacre. It wasn't as simple as portrayed. Some Government Officials were aware of the plot. What happened to the AMC Major and NCOs who were present in APS for first aid seminar with the children? The Major who somehow escaped was court martialled. But there are many other aspects which are kept classified and the parents are aware of this act. Never expect revolutionary justice in Pakistan. I'd say, never even expect Justice. Below is his picture from 2009 now you can add 8 years in jail and how will he be currently? He is convicted and facing judgement he is almost about to die, may be he will die tomorrow or day after that who knows but this much old man cannot run and needs medical attention. He will be some where in his 80s or 90s he is not running any where and will be brought to his end.

There is no doubt he is a criminal and did horrific acts but there should be room for complete justice.

Pakistani law is selective!
It varies from class to class!

it sure is and thats the problem!

politicians judiciary military are treated like sacred cows in Pakistan and all are corrupt to the core but you cant speak against them you cant expect them to be punished but common Pakistanis are treated like cockroaches by these same judges who are incompetent or are sell off infront of rich and powerful! Pakistan is a lawless jungle!
