but we have to build more dams to preserve water ... we cant pray for every year that there will be enough water storage for winter

Yes, you need to build more dam so that Pakistan won't waste 35% water of Indus river and Pakistani politicians would stop blaming India to hide their incompetency.

we have to build more dams so that water is not wasted but its a fact that India is stealing our water

How are we stealing your water. Your government signed Indus water Treaty which says India has all right to build Run of the River Dams to produce electricity and that's why your government could not stop us using World Bank on Baglihar Dam. You use your water for irrigation and let us use our right to produce electricity according to Indus water treaty.

Anyway, what a Joke on one side Pakistan is saying our farms are drying up because India steal water and at the same times says they need more dams as 35% water of River Indus is getting wasted. How come these two things possible at same time.

We are not stealing any of your water, we are just building Run of the river dam which is our right according to Indus Water Treaty which Pakistan agreed upon too.

while most people here don't know this but according to the water treaty signed . India has till not broken even one of the signed treaty rules. the future is something thats being debated in an international court . but accusing us that we steal water is ridiculous .

At least do some research from neutral sources . for that matter just look up what Nijam sethi said about the issue a few months back , after all he was much more well read about the topic and had first hand experience about the subject.
