Success in films, dramas is an honour: Mehwish Hayat

She asserted that artists become more confident when their work is admired.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Actress and model Mehwish Hayat has said that achieving success in films after dramas is nothing less than honour for her.
While talking to Roznama Dunya correspondent, Mehwish pronounced that she felt pleased when her performance was praised in Na Maalom Afraad, Jawaani Phir Nahi Aani and Actor-In-Law.
She asserted that artists become more confident when their work is admired.
“Item song ‘Billi’ in Na Maloom Afraad gave much fame to me. Many friends of mine call me by the name when I meet them,” she said.
“Doing films does not mean that I have distanced myself from dramas. I will entertain my fans through Punjab Nahi Jaoongi and Jawaani Phir Nahi Aani – 2. I will soon be seen in dramas also,” revealed Mehwish.
