It is in fact least stealthier amongst its competitors. Russians as always went above and beyond in an atempt to make a flying tank not a stealth fighter. F22 is still the best stealth fighter but even US admits they cant incorporate required avionics without some major changes in its design so it is what it is. F35, J20, KFX, TFX, Project AZM, Indian MMRCA will make future baseline for future aircrafts. Russians really messed up building a stealth fighter in their attempts to use Su 30 as its base design.
