If i know human beings.. The moment they know their is a slight chance of survival from nukes, they will try and wipe out the other side. Ofcourse what will transpire , we have no knowledge about that.

Are you serious? America had nukes in 1945. Russia didn't have nukes until 1949. America could have united the world under 1 flag for the first time in human history any time between 1945 and 1949. Ametica did nuke Japan. In 1940s japan and germany were twice as strong as soviet Russia... Americans needed Soviets and chinese against the japs and germans.. Also the turks..

Whenever human beings see they can get away with a nuclear strike and wipe out the opposition they will use them.

I bet countries that can actually use nukes on other human beings are : United states, Israel, Pakistan, China, Russia, North Korea. These are almost 100% sure to use nukes against a powerful enemy.

I believe human beings will end themselves otherwise this plannet can last a few good thousand years more for human beings.

The american nuke in 1945 is very primitive. Not good enough to destroy Soviet. Soviet has a powerful conventional that cannot be destroyed by those primitive nuke. Its not that US do not want world conquest. By 1949, when USA nuke is getting better, Soviet already got the nuke.
