guys, in japanese there is no pronounciation of 'L', certain other alphabets and no single sounds. example is if your name is akram it will be pronounced as AKARAMU. if you break the alphabets according to japanese language alphabets, it will be A KA RA MU. you can see that only A has a single sound but remaining alphabets sounds are from the combination of 2 alphabets. it is difficult to explain. anyhow Akram will atleast be pronounced somewhat as Akram but if the name is Bilal then it will become BIRARU. no sound of L so they change it to R and the name become unidentifiable.
