Pakistan Military & Soldiers are about 1 Million figure mark a fairly large Army with greater replenishment capacity with a huge 250 Million Population.
However , nurturing a proper soldier is a long multi year process, and that is complicated with multi year Training program internally and externally with International partners.
So here comes a new question ? How can the existing Soldiers , be continually Trained beyond holding the Weapons and doing marches ?
a) Do Soldiers have a continued 1 year Training Program in Military Run University School or College?
b) Are soldiers training on latest Technology concepts emerging in World ? Specially the stuff realated to Technology in term of handing Computer Gadgets
c) How can the bridge between Education be raised to enhance Foot Soldier's mental performance from Metric to Add 1-2 Years of enhanced in house Training ?
The war grounds of future will become very technical next few decades
a) The battlefield is slowly changing conventional Rifle and old strategies might change with arrival of more technology at ground level
b) The Troops need to be aware of what kind of technology gadgets are available on battlefield or how to counter these
c) General Educational upgrade also help to continually grow knowledge of a person for all scenarios
