The attacker was highly trained. He used expert manoeuvres firing into the people without missing a single shot, there were no bullets on the walls, only in bodies. He was well versed in how to disarm enemies and respond to attempts against him. He knew how to use the double-tap weapon firing methods. He was not a amateur, he was a specialised killer.

The guy dropped his weapon and this weapon was used to break his shield on his car, startling him, while he was hit with an object (card machine). He still showed no remorse, fear or second thought. He casually drove to the next place and repeated his action again, killing more.
