Indeed he does like we all do but it does reflect the atrocities of Israel against palestinian that such neutral genius has to take a stand to let the world know whom he side in this conflict and he must be possessing more knowledge regarding israel's aggression and future plans.

It is his money and up to him how to use it, but i think if he is boycotting Israel it be morally honest to renounce the honor he has been granted for his work of course

Well ironically ALS do target brain itself

The defining feature of ALS is the death of both upper and lower motor neurons in the motor cortex of the brain, the brain stem, and the spinal cord

Generally it doesnt effect cognitive abilities, but it might, maybe in progression. But i don’t think his decision has anything to do with hi illness.
