LOVE the obsession with Pakistan!! Does it really matter "where" the exercises are being conducted at? The fact that they are being conducted is the ONLY fact applicable to this situation, and clearly it shows that Pakistan is so "isolated" by India, that the next thing India would do, is to turn their water off because they couldn't really isolate them and that's the last resort....."die of hunger" like the great Clint Eastwood said in one of his Westerners

In fact these are happening in their Himalya region, a part of Kashmir around Gilgit (I love that place, mountain hiking is fun there and border very close like a few km's from the Himalayas!
