U r correct about black spiders and black panthers,both of them have 16 aircrafts each.Around 5 jets r test beds for weapons.The 3rd suad is here and operational but is not complete(thats why it does`nt have a name yet).But it is a known fact that we have more than 50 JFTS

I think for each squadron , you'll have reserves too..
