Pakistani Muslim brotherhood comes in picture only when something is in it's interest.

Pakistan doesn't want to irk Sinhalese by openly supporting the SL Muslims and rupture their long lasting friendship.

However, I am sure ISI or likes of ISI are are already working behind the scenes to support SL Muslims and fuel up the Jihad against Sinhalese Kafirs.

The day would come when Sinhalese going to suffer because of this religious madness. When those days would arrive SL would be totally isolated and their so called God Father China will also act as a mute and dumb spectator.

I presume, you would already know that, Pakistanis will get hurt wherever something happens to their Muslim brethren (wherever they are) ! They are the Leaders of Islamic world ! Bringing Pakistani wrath on yourself is not a good idea IMHO.

Muslims are not only in danger world wide. It is Islam in danger. Darul Islam should give fatwa in Fort of Islam to fight in Srilanka.

When anti-Muslim Gujrat riots happened in 2002, there was an immediate reaction in Gulf countries. The visa issuance for Indians was disrupted. That caused some serious pain to Indian community for a while.

I really can not say anything about the extent of discrimination as such. But if it gets out of hand, there would be a reaction from Gulf countries which are a source of remittances and foreign exchange. Pakistan could also shun contacts. One really needs to see the source of funding of the offenders to see who is supporting them. If it is Sri Lankan government, then they are being foolish. If it is some other entity, then one can guess the motives.

Muslims of any country are not any of our concern except for the disputed land of Kashmir. Countries with minority muslim population should take care of their minorities, who appointed Pakistan leader of minority muslims?
If tomorrow some Buddhists accept Islam in Vietnam or Laos, and they become muslim minority under threat, will it be Pakistans Problem?
