In this case it means SPG protectees only so PM, their faimily, ex-PMs and Gandhi clan. Idk if this is Z+ or Z++ because there are others on Z+ but they get NSG protection and idk if SPG protection is one above or the same level but covered by SPG because it is purely for PM protection.
