Lol i send this video to my friends at Toronto an hour ago. Toronto building lrt for last 7 years still not completed.

And ottawa lrt broke down 3 times this year after spending billions and took 5 years. Total length is only 10 km or something. Just fucking pathetic.

This is a Misleading title. Must be some one doesn't understand railway. Same as the one building a station over one night. The fastest one so far was the HSR from Shanghai to Hangzhou. It was one and half years from the beginning to finishing.
