I have Nawaz Sharif govt bought Pegasus and IB was tasked to use it against "enemies". (Not the ones outside of Pakistan.)

Even if it's inside the country (that happened in Spain with Catalonia), what is the problem in spying?

If you dont want to someone know about something you do, better dont do it.

I think spying is always a good thing.

Here the bad thing is get caught, or let foreign foe countries (Morocco) spy when state have the monopoly to monitor all the bytes that come in/out from the network.
