Electromagnetic all over the and why you thinks only Satellites produce radiations, our phone wireless communication /cars /ovens (microwaves)/Radar/TV/radios all emits radiation and radio waves are harmless to human body and can't penetrates through human tissues (skin) unless you're extremely close to emitting source like 1 feet or less

i am not biotechnology professional and not know much about this but a person in video is related to that field and I think he know better than me in this regard,satellite based internet is the plan of such companies like spacex and I think satellites used in it will emit much stronger radiation than current ones

But look where they are In space if radio transmissions received by ground stations their energy are reached at minimal minimal level
