Some questions regarding health/drinking water

Hello :) guys

Some questions are puzzling me for quite a time...I read and search on youtube as well but couldn't find suitable answer...So, I am here to ask you to recommend me about following:-

1. People say drinking glass or few glasses of water after waking up in morning with empty stomach is good thing. Is it true? Some say, this can be hazardous to your health.

2. Some people say 8 glass of water per 24 hours is necessary? True or False?

- while some say drink whenever you feel thirsty? this would be a good thing or having water in line of specific number of glasses per day will be good for health? like 10 glass per day or 8 glass per day?

Advice will be much helpful to me and we may all learn something new...So keep em coming - your posts.

Water is the source of life with other two, around two litters in a day is good for health.
I prefer water rather than juices or Soda.
I am drinking one glass cold or normal very morning before anything.
Clean water have lot of energies pure minerals more good if it’s real.

I usually drink a glass of water first thing in the morning after waking up. Make sure you drink warm water and not ice cold.

Water is the source of life with other two, around two litters in a day is good for health.

hmm...Thanks but what about quantity of water? I mean how many glasses of water in 24 hours??? Or you are proponent of drinking water whenever feeling thirsty?

2) True otherwise it can affect ur health.
3) Yes both conditions are true.

Bro its called listen to your body and do what comes instinctively. Drink as much as you need.
Just dont drink from bottled water from pak. i rather drink from well.

6 to eight glasses in a day, but just make sure water is clean, I never drink tap water where ever I lived or living, mineral water or refind water.

For normally healthy person, 8 glasses of 250 ml each which means 2 liters of water in summer it should go up to 12 glasses of 250 ml each. If a person has kidney issues, he should drink much higher number of glasses 16 - 20 glasses. It also depends on your activity level and the content of water in your food. If a person eats a lot of fruits and raw vegetables, then less water is required.

I am a simple guy i drink water when i feel thirsty and eat whatever i want in whatever quantity when i am hungry never looked at specific times if they both were hygenic :D
