Sohaib Maqsood or Afridi doubtful in Pak vs Ireland Match

Members, Crucial match....generally thinking and most analysts think that both Sohaib Maqsood and Shahid Afridi has not performed much, they are yet to fire off after playing so many matches..Afridi looks worn out....Haris Sohail might come back, once medics clear him...and he should play.

But I certainly want Younis Khan to play, and either Sohaib Maqsood out or Shahid Khan Afridi out of Pakistan Cricket Team in next matches...get either of them rest.

What about dropping Umar Akmal?

Pakistan needs to two replacements and needs runs on board.

Afridi looks worn out due to his age or continuous games, he has just got only 2 wickets against associate team UAE and a few runs.

Afridi has some back issues, and he looks totally worn out....I think Shahid Khan Afridi needs to rest so he could play Quarter Final or Semis....Sohaib Maqsood who has underperformed with rash, upish shots needs to be replaced and rested.

How are u so sure, when final playing eleven is not even finalised yet out of 15 players?

Even Mohammad Irfan is doubtful to play, due to his fitness issues.

If Pakistan drops Afridi, then they'll have to play Yasir Shah as Haris is not a regular spinner. Benching Afridi will mean Pakistan is short of a bowler.

So benching Afridi is not going to happen. He's more needed for his bowling than batting. Not sure about Sohaib though.

I think ' Umar Akmal ' with so many dropped catches behind wicket keeping and rash shots with not much runs for the team, should also be dropped...so that Haris Sohail and Yasir Shah can make a comeback if both are fit.

I some what agree, dropping Umar Akmal, but Afridi though can bowl has dropped lots of catches, Bowled not good, and scored little runs..... if bowling is the option get Yasir Shah specialist leg break bowler in as well as Haris Sohail. Both are better replacements too Shahid Khan Afridi and Sohaib Maqsood...why not make two changes,?

We need two replacements....Pakistan need runs on board over 300, batsmen need to click against Ireland !!!
