Non existent. These events only happen with political backers, if you get locked up, Raja Saab, or Chaudry saab or some other saab will visit the local thana and have you released. Of course it's very unlikely anyone ever gets locked up.

My family are from the same village as one of AJK's most prominent politicians and he's frequently faced this situation and i'm sure his supporters have also participated in such thugery in the past. They always have armed supporters travelling with them on these rallies.

It is not a frequent occurance, but it is not unheard of in AJK politics. It happens, nobody bats an eyelid at it.
