The guy who bumps Sisi is the Saudi ambassador in Egypt. @ minute 10:50 you can see him at the bottom of the stairwell running up to greet MBS.

@11:20 you can see him coming down with MBS to greet Sisi.
@11:30 Sisi greet MBS and the ambassador also.
@11:40 The ambassador then was very eager to introduce the Saudi embassy delegation that was at the left so he steps in between MBS and Sisi, prying his way so he can do the introducing lol.

Now watch the rest of the clip you can see the amb introducing all the Saudi delegates and then he steps out of the way to the far right where he belongs loooool.

Sisi actually respects the guy and allows him to do his thing lol. There was no disrespect or anything of the sort lol this crap happens all the time.

I watched the video you posted of the close up of what the OP posted and I guess the angling was what made it seem like an aggressive gesture.

I'm not too familiar with MidEast internal politics and rivalries besides the two major ones (or rather three), being Saudi-Iran and Israeli-Iran rivalry so my knowledge is limited in this respect.

I have heard of the MB, some good things and some bad things. I don't really have an opinion on them .

But what's up with the MB anyway?

If you watch it again, it's nothing but a inadvertent crossing between the ambassador and Sisi and the ambassador puts his hand on Sisi as if to say "sorry" while Sisi backs out of the way out of courtesy lol. We do this all the time in our culture we put hands on each other out of respect and courtesy and affection. Look at all the kissing for crying out loud looooool. It's the way it is but you really gotta watch out for the hating manipulators pulling nonsense out of the stinky abyss.
