Sissi has said no such thing. He is adamant, rightly so, that no Palestinians should be pushed in Sinai. This would be a dream come true for Zionist expansionists. This is not about taking Palestinians in on humanitarian grounds. Otherwise Jordan, Kuwait, KSA, Egypt, Syria have all taken in Palestinians but with each Palestinian displaced, the case for the Palestinian homeland in ardh al muqaddissa becomes weaker.
If Sissi and Abdullah were to give in by letting these people get displaced, they'd be the biggest traitors to the Palestine cause.
I even suspect (and actually hope) Egypt is doing other things covertly to aid the Palestinian resistance. Pakistan took a lot of hate for doing the same for the Afghans, it is time for Egypt to play her cards.
The only hope for Palestine is a steadfast resistance. Talks are nonsense. They make no sense in the current environment where the other side has nothing on offer except hubris.
