This is Pakistan's problem, India being a bigger fish is much more attractive to the hegemon, and hence PK can whistle in the wind. The indians are happy but they have a big shoulder to fire their gun.Wrong...only US can carry out attacks in Pak or anywhere for that matter...this is why US has the status of a superpower.
I have yet to come across some official source from any other country that's not India, confirming Indian surgical strikes in Pakistan. So no...no one thinks that India can just waltz in and do whatever.
The whole terrorism thing is a lengthy matter to discuss...and suffice to say that the "whole world" who sees Pak in that light is only bcuz of USA. Pak's not alone in having proxies...many countries have/support proxies...but currently since Pak/US are not seeing eye to eye and their interests oppose each other's...so Pak is supporting "terrorism" while other countries are looking out for their "self interest". There was a time when it was the same proxies supported(created) by Pak and Pak was hailed as a "major non NATO ally"...and these proxies were "heroes/freedom fighters". In conclusion it's a matter of perspective...which the US has a great sway over. The US(along with its allies) as a superpower has the power to enforce its world view on the rest of the world...plain and simple.
You disagreed with me in the first half of your post and agreed with me in the second half.Wrong...only US can carry out attacks in Pak or anywhere for that matter...this is why US has the status of a superpower.

Apparently so. We're still talking about this, so I would say at least some people feel the urge to convince others about how everything is alright. The topic is the drama that your PM is chest thumping about. Did any other country bother to accept your drama?
Did someone else tried to do any other similar drama after that? Did India itself tried to repeat that drama?
The thing is your drama has zero impact on how world sees Pakistan unlike what you claimed in your post.

Really? I've recently seen a few threads on how Pakistan was trying harder to remove terrorist organizations from its soil recently. That might have been the result of Pakistan being threatened with inclusion in various terror suppliers lists or maybe Pakistan got tired of hearing how other countries have to do their work for them.Apparently no one is convinced. That drama your PM was bragging about has zero impact till now and future doesn't seem different either.

Either way, the world is seeing results.
Yeah, unfortunately, Pakistan's word isn't worth much to the international community when it comes to terrorism.Pakistan has always said that it doesn't support any terror group and has always worked against them. What is new in that? Good for you if that satisfies you and if you think your drama has some role in that.
I hope all Indians are as gullible as you are.
Yes...I only called u wrong in the first part of ur post. No other country has bought the whole Indian surgical strikes drama. It's mainly a ploy for local consumption and it has worked wonders for BJP...completely keeping the public from focusing on or criticizing BJP gov performance domestically. Instead they are all hyped up on Modi's strong man image who is subduing India's enemies. You disagreed with me in the first half of your post and agreed with me in the second half.
I didn't say anybody actually does these thing (with the exception of the US). I said that was how people perceive Pakistan. The rest of your post kinda makes my point. Pakistan is now 'BAD' cause the superpowers of the world decided it.
I didn't realize we were selling the strikes, not that I think we have to try too hard to coax people to buy what they already want to hear.. More like contributing our portion to the existing scenario.Yes...I only called u wrong in the first part of ur post. No other country has bought the whole Indian surgical strikes drama. As for the second part I agree...being a superpower comes with sweet benefits...as a small state u either play along or u r portrayed as a villain.
And all I'm saying is that u r making India too big a player in this game. The game is being played by major powers. India trying its own moves like surgical strikes is only good for local consumption. No one else is taking that seriously.I didn't realize we were selling the strikes, not that I think we have to try too hard to coax people to buy what they already want to hear.. Everyone is familiar with Pakistan's definition of 'good terrorists'. It's only recent events that are forcing Pakistan's hand to truly act against terrorism. My satisfaction doesn't come from Pakistan's actions, it comes from the world seeing Pakistan for the threat it is and acting accordingly. You can call me gullible for that, but India has been acting to expose Pakistan's affinity for these terrorists for a while and I'd say they were successful.
