Because the people who blame MQM for every ill to beset Karachi are ignorant of what actually happened in urban Sindh before MQM was created. This is why I always say to people, if you want to wipe MQM then wipe out the grievances and injustices done to the Muhajir people. MQM is merely a reaction to generations of discrimination and will always remain until those grievances are there.
