The list was submitted by intelligence agencies to the Sindh government, who later forwarded it to the federal government, after which it was handed over to Supreme Court. The police were then notified to arrest the named workers.

I hope by the submission of said "authentic list" to Sindh Governments and then to Federal Government you can make a guess....

Dear in Karachi situation on the ground is much complicated ..... if you are following the events of past few days you will notice all this political fizzing started with the demonstration of Karachi Tajir Ithehad allegedly supported by MQM, against the PPP government just few day earlier the hearing of Karachi Law & Order case by Supreme Court bench.....

so it look like an attempt of political retaliation or threat by PPP ...... this could easily be gauged by the inclusion of the names of Leader of opposition in Sindh Assembly Faisal Sabzwari and Farooq Sattar Parliamentary Leader of MQM in NA.....

Bhatta collector of every political party is known to everyone ..... there is no need to conduct intelligence exercise for this purpose ..... and for Target Killers intelligence agencies have good leads in their hand ...... just work on JIT reports ..... but all this could be done by someone who is serious about law & order of Karachi ...... unfortunately PPP is not serious in this regards as PPP is among the beneficiaries of current Law and order situation of Karachi.....
