Sindh Budget 10 Billion dollar Clean up work still done by hand

Instead of using heavy machinery and replacing the rail tracks
The work is being done by hand , hand full of laborer

At this pace the work will take 10 years to complete and next day the train will fall to one side in ditch

Mean while in CHINA engineering work is done by Engineers who operate heavy machinery

Concept of "Engineer" in Pakistan is sitting in office and answering phones.


No use of Heavy Machinery
No use of training to operate the Heavy Machinery


No wonder the quality of Civilian Projects is such low grade work



The Laborer doing the work their effort is appreciated but they should be used a supplemental force for minor touchup and maintenance the actual work needs to be done with Heavy Machinery


Treat Engineers of your Country as Engineers and Enable them with Equipment and Power Tools

Budget for Sindh was 8 billion and 3 billion extra was given Topup just for Karachi that is alot of money , work should not be done with , unskilled labourers the money was sufficient to bring in heavy Machinery and skilled engineers to build and fix things

• 11,000,000,000 USD (11 Billion dollar is a massive figure) , comparable to mega cities of USA

Because cost of Labor is low in Pakistan , the 11 Billion Dollar budget is comparable to 35 billion Dollar (due to low salaries for workers)
