he challenged the writ of state in damn Capital & they killed people in front of whole damn world yet he was released on bail, I just can't understand WHY that pseudo bi was released, what ever the theory is whether it was Zardari behind it or someone else SC must not have granted a idiot like him, bail

I said it in another thread, too. A criminal's indictment mostly relies on the investigation and proof gather by the police and how it's presented in a court of law by the prosecutor attorneys. You present a solid case with conclusive evidence, how is a judge going to release the culprit. You know much trouble he will get into, no one wants to see their hard work going down the drain. I'm very certain that if the evidence against these terrorist was strong and a judge had released them based on whatever sympathy or fear they feel for them or from them, lawyers procecuting would be out on the street, in front of media telling tales what unfairness that been victims of.

my friend currently MOST pakistanis don't care about such incidents they are more concerned about "INSAAF" in their respective land disputes,marriage disputes,rape cases family killings!!

IF our CJ can give those poor people insaaf he will be a hero!! just because YOU specifically have never been "MAJBOOR" in life you don't understand what insaaf means! what justice means!!

Don't blame CJ , ask your President to sort his Swiss accounts first .

Judges can never remain popular for very long because they have to decide and make judgements . In a judgement one side loses and the other one wins , the losing side almost always cries and says justice was not done . Even Hazrat Ali (RA) decided a matter once between two people and the one losing never accepted the logic . For others , who have no stake in the decision it is important and easy to understand the logic given in the judgement .
If an 'alleged terrorist' is found by the police and the court acquits him its not court's fault , either the evidence may not have been strong or convincing enough or court might have guessed tempered evidence used by the police .. We all are atleast this much civilised to understand how court's work or are we just going to be court bashing just because our beloved fatcat is being chased by the court for his laundered money abroad .

A better one would be on the subject of why Mullah Aunty was released by the courts an whether any entity petitioned the court on reconstructing/repairing the damaged mosque or the court took that stand on its own volition, and if the latter then on what legal basis.
