Sikorsky has won a $387 million contract to manufacture 35 UH-60M helicopters for the US Army.

Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2016, the US Department of Defense said in a statement Tuesday.

The Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk is a four-bladed, twin-engine, medium-lift utility helicopter.

it's confusing. as per this contract the per unit cost is some USD 11 million.
but on wikipedia it's USD 21 million on basis of 2006 price.
what is the real Per unit cost ?
