PPP doesnt want to lose karachi for obvious reasons, they will lose all their earnings, the lions share of GDP of sindh depends on karachi, thats the reason why PPP is not even prepared to distribute the mandate to the cities and towns

then there is no need for pushing anything since outside punjab PMLN cant push anything

i think PMLN can bring some constitutional amendments that require PPP permission

or issue governor rule and then try to make provinces, but it needs to be done sooner then later
