if its under 18 as another Indian said then one should make parents accountable for allowing their kids to wast time and money over such silly activities.

legal alcohol drinking age in India, in most parts is 21, while in Goa it is 18.

Drinking in moderation is fine I used to have the odd glass of beer with my father when I was like 16 but the kids today some of them get carried away and do not know their limits that is when there is a problem.
