Ofcourse its build in Lahore, it will be pointless to build such hospital in Chichawatni. There are 50 DHQ hospitals being build on district level in punjab.

Excellent, can you provide more info on the 50 district hospitals?

There are 3 other cities in Punjab that are in the top 5 by population (Faisalabad, Rawalpindi & Gujranwala). They also deserve hospitals like these, Don't you agree?
