The Sindh high court SHC on Tuesday ended up a question of national accountability bureau against former Sindh chief minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah. the liability watchdog had initiated a query against shah regarding allotment of the property from Malir riverbed at Karachi.
Former minister Qaim Ali shah looked for its instance hearing today before the high court seat. NAB prosecutor advised the seat that the liability bureau did not discover proof against the former minister since this lands allotment arrangement has been cancelled.
He said the agency won’t further move and has finished up the question. chief justice Sindh high court justice Ahmed Alim. shaikh led the nab government to finish its investigation at initially prior to the arrest of any individual.the court issued requests for recurrence of the bond amount deducted from Syed Qaim Ali Shah.
The Karachi chapter of this nab had started an investigation from Sindh government officials and many other people to allotment of acres of property from the Malir riverbed to inheritance.
