I sleep about 7 hours a day, but that is in about 3 spells, with intervening awakening periods. That is how it is since about 10 years. I have consulted doctors, but of not much avail. I have stopped worrying, because I am already above 64.

Back in the day when this whole thing was being conjured up, Dell actually wanted to open up a factory for manufacturing said laptops and obviously as a regional hub. Shehbaz was like me phir kese kamau ga BC? Dell was snubbed; and in the end they just ended up importing the hardware. All middle men in the supply chain (2-3) made at least 5-8K PKR commission per laptop.

All government hand outs will have fraud. PTI and PDM handouts will both have fraud and corruption.....because all government hand out do. Its a problem yes.....but Pakistan has bigger issues to worry about.

In USA, unemployment and small business aid during the pandemic had $1.5 trillion lost to fraud. Most will never be recovered. It wasn't even a major issue in the recent elections since both USA parties know its the cost of doing business when you want to hand free stuff to the masses.
