What mafia? Govt simply doesn't have apparatus to look at people, simple. Who is earning what, how is money moving within and out of Pakistan, govt simply doesn't know.
When everyone wants to loot, no one tries to correct system. But I don't think this will last long. Either this haramipan will be gone, or these people will sell this country to some other country.
