but you are not ugly or fat, i saw your picture, you look charmin and good i can picture you with lots of girls who fall in love with you and you would look good in a BMW actually. I think im not ugly just too heavy. Girls tell me im not ugly, im pleasant person actually a little bit eventhough im overweight and would be more pleasant if i were skinny and lost that fat.

1.)You need to loose as much weight and get as fit as possible AS FAST AS YOU CAN, considering you are 29 years of age.

3.) Work Part time and save as much money as you can so you can move out, forget driving a decent car for now.

I stress the importance of "RIGHT NOW." as you are 29 years of age and are getting old fast and you are on a path to NOWWHERE.

come to the age of 40 which will comeby fast, you don't want to regret your life and put a gun to your head thinking "why didn't i push myself hard."

i think i would not be able to work out like they do. it would be too heavy for me, probably i would get sick after a day. however i lost 20kg/50pounds by now. im still obese but not like i have been.

girls find me pleasant, because i have charmin personality and with my looks i make the perfect teddy bear and gentleman. i think i also would have easier time with southasian girls (indian for example) because im relatively fair skinned and they like fair skin in guys. and because i have pretty face.

i dont know southasians expect masters, even doctors from their grooms and wealth and success and all that but in europe we take it easier. there are girls similar to me, not every girl is master. i dont care if a girl has high education or if her father is rich, i want only to love her. also i have a disorder which prevents me from work.

just loose weight, and put on muscle. its going to be extremely, extremely hard but you have to push yourself mentally and physically.

it won't work as fat will only get redeposited elsewhere or come right back. and it won't build muscle which is needed to keep fat off.
