Humans are machines, organic machines. And any machine's stimulus can be measured. A robot will be able to better ascertain the needs of its human partner better than another human can because you can install sensors in robots that can measure electrical impulses generated in humans.

Two robots can pretty much simulate all the emotions that humans can, a human is incapable of that.
