ISLAMABAD: Interior Ministry issued directives to security agencies here to put security of a foreign airline and offices of foreign diplomats on high alert in all provinces after Saudi airline received an alleged threatening e-mail from al Qaeda, sources said on Wednesday.

According to sources, the airline received a threatening e-mail on February 14 to devastate its offices in Pakistan. Al Qaeda allegedly generated the e-mail.

Meanwhile, another alleged e-mail was received in Islamabad which threatened to destroy Saudi embassy following which embassy’s officials consulted with interior ministry to seek foolproof security measures for its offices across country, sources added.

Security what security, all the Law Enforcement agencies and Govt is Busy in dealing with PML-N and Long March. Terrorists are taking advantage of Political Uncertainty in Pakistan and are carrying out Their Terrorist activities in Pakistan just like they did in the case of Srilankan Cricket team attack.

I hope no such thing takes place in Pakistan.

Time for the SSG to act, To safeguard Airports, Airline Flights and Embassies, We don't expect anything from our Police.

No amount of security can avoid such attacks unless you cut off the weapon supply line of these terrorists the world over.

If you look closely at the way events have unfurled, it seems to be a string of events which logically end at the Army taking over. I would not blame the Army if it did although i would be sorry for this country which can not manage to keep out of controversy.

I would say that if Rehman Malik has left with even a tiny bit of decency and shame, he should resign from his office. First the marriot attack and now this. What more would convince him that he has failed miserably in beefing up the deteriorating Law&order situation in Pakistan.

y should he resign when he was never elected by ppl. he is not responsible to pakistani ppl...... we have got some shameless leaders havent we
