Second phase of oil drilling in SL begins today

The second phase of the Exploratory Drilling Campaign for oil in the Mannar Basin will be starting from next week onwards and Helitours, the Commercial Arm of the Air Force has been selected as the official Air Logistic Operations provider for the entire operation.

Good. I was told by a Sri Lankan friend that after Tamil Tigers taken down SL officals found out Tamils had deal with Norwegain to let them have these oil gass projects thats why Norway demanded stop war as Tamils were almost finnished. Statoil and BP are close allias and sorry to say Norway isnt same old friendly Nation. Its play in hands of other big fish in world.

Just a conspiracy, and that event could not have happened. The reality was the Tamil tigers were just far too small, and the SL Armed forces far too big.
