With the maritime proximity to the Crimea and the Ukraine, the threat is still great (although it is not as great as the south). And if the right sector gets into power, they would not join the EU or Nato because they see them as 'Jewish controlled Liberal' group intent to destroy 'white europa'. In other words, an European version of Al nusra in Syria. Remember 2011, when everybody thought Syrian revolution will democratic and normal like Tunisia? Look what happened next. And that was more gradual compared to Ukraine situation today.
