Rupayan launches mega gated community in Dhaka

Spanning over 134.5 bighas, Rupayan City Uttara comprises of state of the art facilities that identify with the highest standards maintained by the best gated communities worldwide, said a press release.
Separate from the busy city life, the community features round the clock security system. Besides containing apartments, villas, penthouses, shopping malls, schools, and office spaces, it also has an abundance of open spaces and playground for children along with other facilities integral for a modern urban citizen residing in a residential area.
Sourav Ganguly, the Indian cricketing legend and the only Bengali to captain the Indian Cricket Team attended the event as the brand ambassador of Rupayan City Uttara.
The event was also graced Minister of Housing and Public Works Engr. Mosharaf Hossain MP as Chief Guest, as well as Md. Harun-ur-Rashid, Chairman, Asian Group and Asian TV; G.M. Mukul, Chairman, Rupayan Group, was also present in the event along with other eminent personalities.
With the launching an eight-day fair on the gated community was also inaugurated. The fair slated to be concluded on March 4 features all the various concerns of Rupayan Group, showcasing product and service offerings from individual concerns.
