O.K. First, Jewish settlements are only called unlawful. Under Article 80 of the Charter, neither the U.N. Security Council nor the General Assembly have the power to alter the League of Nations' Palestine Mandate, not without the agreement of all the parties involved. While Israel agreed to the 1947 Partition Plan the Arabs did not, so Jews still, under the Mandate, have the right to "closely settle" all of the remaining Mandate region in accordance with the Mandate's terms. (I write "remaining" because 70% of the Mandate was sliced away decades earlier to create Transjordan for Britain's Saud-defeated puppet Hussein, who promptly violated the terms by kicking the Jews out, awarding their property to his followers.)unlawful settlements, occupation of Syrian land.. under whatever pretext and justification ... show only a one way tred which is increasing Israeli territory .. if this is sickness then correct me please ..
Second, legal borders are agreed upon between states. The U.N. Security Council does not have the legal right to do so. The closest Israel and Syria have come to discussing their border is their mutual agreement to U.N. Security Council Resolution 242, which acknowledges Israel's right to exist within secure borders without requiring Israel yield all the territory that came under its control after the Six-Day War - including the Golan Heights, from which Syrians stationed guns to shell Jewish settlements in Israel proper before the Six-Day War.
Third, Israeli used to control territories in the Sinai that it gave up entirely to Egypt in exchange for peace, abandoning its settlements there, and Israel also acknowledged the special role of Jordan in administering Jerusalem's Muslim shrines, in its peace treaty with Jordan.
Fourth, Israel remains 20% Arab, Arabs who prosper and have the greatest civil rights of any Arab population in the area, and can buy and sell land as they wish.
Wow, you're really wearing big blinders, aren't you? All the loans and grants for economic development Pakistan received from the U.S. since independence don't exist, right? Not every person is the same, or behaves the same, and collections of such people into separate groups can thus be expected to behave differently as well.yes anti Semitism is high among Muslims which I cant defend and I am against it. if I am not mistaken .. a peaceful coexistence of Israel and its Arab neighbours has been time and again suggested but never caught traction because the power is tilted towards Israel and like I said... anyone who has power doesn't see any incentive to be giving.
Experts still debate how much these differences are due to genetics, culture, education, or mental disorders. (This might be a good moment to point out that Pakistan, for its size, has a very tiny number of physicians specializing in mental health, and less than a dozen new ones are graduated each year.)
The Mandate declaring Palestine the Jews' "National Home" and encouraging them to "closely settle" Palestine was created after WWI, not WWII - over a decade before the Holocaust. The 1937 Peel Commission recommended the creation of a Jewish State, two years before WWII and five years before the Wannsee Conference to implement "the Final Solution".was the creation of State of Israel a preplanned concept well before the Holocaust tragedy yes or no?
What you don't ask is, "is it proper that the Arabs pay for their own crimes?" But that's the question that HAS to be asked if there is to be peace in the region. Anti-Zionism is a disease that's metastasized into polities believing that as long as they wield power and are completely merciless then they can do what they want with complete justice.reason I ask is.. because I cant help but wonder that Arabs were made to pay for the crimes of Hitler.
Might is relative. Right is not. If you hold to "might is right" then you never have to take a stand on a principle - everything, including dictionary definitions, are completely flexible. It is the very embrace of corruption in every possible form. Is that what you want to continue to see in your country?might is right in the end.
My friend, there are two sorts of people one can see in the world: those who can hold their heads high and those who are cowed by the weight of oppression. Zionists like myself would much rather embrace Arabs as empowered proud partners rather than subject them to oppression. At least some Arabs in the region currently do. But to demand Jews must exchange rights to life, liberty, and property simply because there are Arabs who are taught to believe they are without question or limit entitled to exercise their will over others is to be on the side of evil.... the politician lady from a very powerful family rubbished the claim saying she has seen these commoners who sell rags on the street talking on mobile phones. how or why do they have mobile phones if they are so poor? her question just left everyone speechless .. she has a point doesn't she? ( yea
As the rabbis say, "Those who are kind to the cruel, in the end will be cruel to the kind" - because you'll have to endorse the will of cruel people over kind people in short order.
