Seems like nationalism all around the world requires women to reveal more of their bodies. Love for village, city, or country is commended, but the kind of nationalism today is a kufr ideology. It essentially determines religious ideology is failure and not to be followed, and rather nation-state ideology should be embraced and religion be a side personal thing for those interested. The people falling into it are still Muslims, but the nationalism ideology is lets be real, forget about afterlife , God, and just live to the fullest and enjoy this life.

Fighting nationalism don't come first. You fight cool culture and rest will come to you. Muslims are submitting into cool culture and living life to the fullest(zina, concerts , weed, maximum enjoyement). And they also think with nationalism/science they are creating something amazing which Allah mentions in the Quran:

2. الَّذِينَ ضَلَّ سَعْيُهُمْ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَهُمْ يَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُمْ يُحْسِنُونَ صُنْعًا​

Nationalism gonna change people who see their friends and countrymen changing, and want to follow them. And they see these girls changing and want to be with these girls and the guys will change themselves to try to be 'cool' to get a chance to impress these girls. It's important for Muslim girls to be modest, protect themselves, and help protect their fellow Muslim men too.

Well said, everyone is follow example and we will go through the cycle until it reaches stage where people want religion back again. However, as individual Muslims, we still have our obligations towards God and should not start doing haram because nations are going that path or even majority of Muslims going that route.
