Both Helmet Top and Black Top are on Chinese side even as per Indian offical perception of LAC as this Indian army map shows below:

If you were to assume that the reported "heights" (Helmet, blacktom, etc.) are within Indian control and overlay the map that Nitin Gokhale shared (image stolen from an Indian army command room), then you'd see that this image is not accurate.
It seems that the heights are with the IA.
