The traditionally secretive elite regiment are running a slick advert for specialists to support their units.
The special forces heroes are keen to recruit drivers, chefs, medics, intelligence analysts, communications experts and mechanics – aged up to 52 and with previous military experience.
The ad – which reads: “21 and 23 SAS. We can’t move forward without you”– featured in the Army’s own magazine.

The SAS recruitment advert
Former infantry sergeant Calum McLeod, who runs PTSD-busting charity Who Dares Cares with ex-SAS man Colin MacLachlan, said yesterday: “The SAS are the elite of the British Army but like all branches of the forces they are keen to boost their reserve numbers.
“The infantry is in the middle of a recruitment and retention crisis so it makes sense to try to target the old and bold.”
The MoD website said that special forces support staff were not required to pass selection but must “maintain a level of fitness and commitment”.
In recent weeks, SAS and SBS men have carried out a series of raids behind enemy lines against Isis in Syria.
