So i got my new Samsung Galaxy TabS2 tablet like 4 weeks ago. Today it got a firmware update...it crashed...i was unable to get it on and had to press the button for minutes. When it went back on (thanks god) it told me the update failed and i must go to a Samsung Service Center.
WTF is wrong with this company`? My old iPad2 worked fine for 5 years i actually regret i bought this shit now...
Even worse when i went on their website to see for help i staretd a chat...it told me i´m in row 14 and need to wait like an hour in this fucking chat or write an email. I pressed Email and had to write that entire data nonsense again.
I threw this garbage on my bed and went to the beach...hoping that i get a response when i´m back home. Now 4 hours later still no response.
This company is bad in evry aspect. Well at least it didnt explode yet i guess.
