Samsung mobile phone A8s will use LCD panel of China BOE Group

In January , Samsung will begin its future design language with the help of the Galaxy A8s. The smartphone will feature the company's new Infinity-O panel. However, according to industry sources, this display will not be manufactured by Samsung.
In a cost-related move, the Galaxy A8s will completely abandon Samsung's AMOLED display and switch to a cheaper LCD panel made by Chinese manufacturer BOE. The company does not fully agree with Samsung or LG in the production of displays, but it is currently responsible for the production of AMOLED panels on the Huawei Mate 20 Pro.
As described above, the liquid crystal panel has a small incision in the upper left corner of the self-timer camera. According to the latest information, this may be 6.7 mm in diameter. According to a slight comparison, it is said that Samsung may reduce the incision to 3mm on its upcoming Galaxy S10.
